They're in disrepair for a reason, there's dysfunction, drama, death, probate etc going on.

We felt fine about the interaction with the owner in evaluating going with Renters' Warehouse on the PM side, beyond just the observation that the offering seemed very formulaic and we did not 'buy' the value proposition (for the right price of course we may have bitten).During the one other experience we had with them, though - the service was poor, at best, but extremely dysfunctional. 

The data simply don't lie...Texas is growing and will continue to do so while other states lose residents that are sick and tired of dysfunctional tax policy and entitlements.

There's also an ideological bent on the political NIMBY, 'don't tread on me' side that if taken to the extreme breeds incredible dysfunctional governance (or lack thereof).I view rental inspections in a well governed municipality as a good thing. 

The Investments section in the personal profile seems even more dysfunctional and easier to fix....although since it's not longer highlighted perhaps a lesser priority.

IMO violence in the media and therefore in western culture, along with other social dysfunction prevalent in society today, is a huge and unspoken part of the problem.

Which suggests a certain level of dysfunction on everyone's part.  

But, they get what they get and then I buy their dysfunctional building from them in 5 years.

Is is going to help society (or the disordered individual) to treat that dysfunctional person with bipolar, ptsd, narcissicm, or one of the many other possible personality or mental disorders as a criminal?
