Are they durable enough for rentals?

Now if it was a rental and I was worried about durability, I would go with vinyl flooring that I would install myself.

Maybe get the sign of no cats/no dogs, something visual.That being said,  in 90% of our homes we   allow pets-- because of the flooring, either tile or LVPT which is nearly  waterproof and incredibly durable!      

HVAC, Roof, Plumbing, Electrical......durable easy to replace flooring.

My concerns are around quality, durability and resale value.

What I've done is made the 1 bedroom units as tenant durable as possible. 

I'm all for more metal roofs, look beautiful and very durable even for hail.

Not the furnishings needed to raise rents or repairs to make the property durable.

Super easy to clean at turnover, lasts longer, is more durable, etc
