How do you approach an owner when asking them to sell their property?

As you start you will want to take into consideration that many owners and hosts use more than just AirBNb to host their properties.  

I take my dog to see his friends at the dog park every morning and usually take an hour or two nap in the afternoon most days.

What question should one of these home owners ask?

If the extent of your real estate business is renting out your basement than no, a Wyoming trust is not necessary (in fact, a Wyoming trust is not necessary for 99.9% of real estate owners)....you were contacted by a fear mongering sales person, not someone I would consider to be offering credible services. 

Absentee owners, pre-foreclosures, and tired landlords.
