We have a very long term tenant (26yrs) who occasionally does similar things... a result of a anxiety disorder (which is a qualified disability.)

That stuff gives me Social Media Anxiety Disorder (SMAD)....I always diss people and feel bad about it later.One time I was on Twitter, cracking on some REI guru guys, and the next day, one of my websites got hacked.

In fact a psychologist suggested that he has such a classic case of narcissistic personality disorder that he may use him as a teaching example in his courses.
