Presumably, if the property is a good investment, the seller's experience allows them to discern this fact and would tell them to hang on to it.

For a buy and hold in a working class or lower neighborhood, I would leave it alone as long as the workmanship is not shoddy (which cannot be discerned from the photo).

@Sam Josh the short answer is rampant ignorance, charged and driven by entities set to profit from belief in an impending doom, coupled with a means to blast out thoughts and opinions unto the world unchecked, unfettered, with no real means for the average person to accurately discern who's voice is that of legitimacy or lunacy.

When you're a company adjuster you're getting 2-5 claims a day in a normal cycle and double that in a catastrophe it's impossible for a fresh college graduate (on a 3 day adjusting course, which is all you need for a state license) to have the fast-thinking discernment required to catch every nuance and the impact it can have on finding the insured the coverage they purchased and are contractually owed.
