Presumably, if the property is a good investment, the seller's experience allows them to discern this fact and would tell them to hang on to it. 

Since the crack is hardly discernable from the pic, I doubt its a problem.

That's all I've been able to discern thus far, and I'm likely wrong about that.

For a buy and hold in a working class or lower neighborhood, I would leave it alone as long as the workmanship is not shoddy (which cannot be discerned from the photo).

(integrity) Also, I have extremely good discernment when it comes to judging whether people are being upfront or dishonest on business.

@Sam Josh the short answer is rampant ignorance, charged and driven by entities set to profit from belief in an impending doom, coupled with a means to blast out thoughts and opinions unto the world unchecked, unfettered, with no real means for the average person to accurately discern who's voice is that of legitimacy or lunacy.
