Are there any seasoned RE agents/ REI that have experience with the Philadelphia/ DE markets.

I'm a wholesaler located in delaware, I'm trying to network with investors, agents in the surrounding areas.

as in, are Texas taxes just high regardless of where the LLC is registered, Delaware for example?

Hi @Aja Nelson those areas in Delaware county are great places to invest, but you need to make sure you are ready to jump when the right deal comes along.
