Our PMC doesn't care what the reason is for a tenant being late, our systems send an eviction notice for nonpayment of rent to "start the clock" and get tenants to communicate & cooperate.We've found that if we don't start the clock, so there's a deadline for tenants, tenants just use excuses to buy themselves more time, at the expense of the owner.Desperate people say & do desperate things!
