I did a drive-by last week and it seemed like it had 1-2 tenants and the third vacant, but the shades were pretty jambled and the street was pretty class D looking tenant wise).

If you really don't want to paint it the exact same color, still go with yellow but with a darker shade, as darker colors ground the house better.
