I did a drive-by last week and it seemed like it had 1-2 tenants and the third vacant, but the shades were pretty jambled and the street was pretty class D looking tenant wise).

Or if flooring is light and countertop is light, a darker stain might be good too.

If you really don't want to paint it the exact same color, still go with yellow but with a darker shade, as darker colors ground the house better.

I think there are a few more shades of grey than 3.

Or color match Benjamin moore revere pewter or a few shades darker...the perfect greige but it will look more brown next to gray walls.

If you walk in as some new guy and throw down a 60% offer, the shades went down and they are now just looking at some jerk who dared walk into their house and present this insult of an offer.

However, the large shade tree has made it nearly impossible to grow any grass in the rest of the backyard.
