I have a long and empty large living room that needs something in it to give it some sense of the scale of the place.I was thinking about hiring a professional to take pictures because I don't have the equipment- DSLR camera, wide angle lens, tripod, etc..  

If I (you) still think there's disproportionate investment capital allocation to real property (the rental) then ensure that the stock/bond portfolio doesn't include REITs, home builders (LEN, HOV, KB, etc.), home improvement stores (HD, LOW, etc.)  

This works specifically because the buyer doesn't understand the local market and views the property through the lens of values in their area.

From a values decision lens that makes sense, from a business mindset that’s an extra $650 that could go towards the wedding.Think on it, communicate with her about it and see what she wants.

The most important part of the camera is not the lens or the body, but the 12 inches behind it.

But I 'm not sure that I can totally throw cap rates out the widow at least as an initial lens through which to filter potential properties.

Appreciate any recommendation on realtors who apply the inventor lens, know the market well, and have connections to the Property Management companies.
