Hello everyone! I'm a newbie investor to this community and look for SFH buy and hold in Orlando or Tampa FL. I live in California and would like long-term rental. Appreciate any recommendation on realtors who apply the inventor lens, know the market well, and have connections to the Property Management companies. Thank you all!
