The Midwest market would start with the better cash flow, but San Diego’s cash flow would catch the cheap Midwest town a few year in and by year 25 would be crushing the Midwest purchase.  

And in the GFC it was one of the most crushed markets in the US if not the world..

Water is not able to flow to the septic tank from the building, I am assuming due to crushed pipes. 

If we have more excessive heat years, the Atlantic will get crushed with this from el nino.
