Not to mention the fact that the criminals, once identified, can be counted on to dig themselves in even deeper on the way to realizing their jig is up. 

If you are able, and I say IF you can find off market properties and you present your self to the seller as a wholesaler, that may be diffrent, but then you run into marketing real estate with out a license which if I understand correctly it's a criminal offense in nys.

Let me ask you this: is it fair to require a natural-born US citizen to submit to a credit/criminal background check, but then waive that requirement for someone in the country illegally? 

What source do you use for:- screening criminal background- how much they make- any step by step that would be good to get them in.
