I’ve been at this a Long time, and almost all these people bragging on how they made money anticipating the last crash (or boom) get the next one COMPLETELY WRONG.

With this strategy (which may not work for everyone), the housing market could crash like it's 2008 again and as long as I can put in tenants that have the ability to pay, my investment goals are not impacted.

Now I see lot of people ( many on youtube) are suggesting that housing market is progressing towards a recession/ correction/crash and prices are going to fall soon.
