Yes, that would probably be harder to market.So, seems people (gurus types included) are looking for a way to justify how to deceive the public.I can't tell you how many properties have passed through my hands as a wholesale or straw man or conduit transaction, lots, and never once, ever, did I even feel the need to act like I was in title as most here seem to think is necessary.

If it's off to the left (I see what looks like electrical conduit on the wall heading that way), I would restore the exhaust port the way it's supposed to be and construct a small little wall, a barrier if you will, between it and the A/C to keep the air flow and lint away.

Yes, selling the company works but I can also see it as a transfer of the property through the conduit.
