The only bad thing is the water condensation line make sure you clean it out once in a while, if it gets plugged the water comes out inside all over wall

Ive had an insane amount of furnaces and AC condensers stolen, not really a thing in California from my experience, and they can get expensive replacing.Timeframe for getting a place tenanted definitely has a ton of factors, how nice you make the units, price, etc...Feel free to reach out when you come out here.

When I referred to minor things yes, I included the insulation and some burnt lightbulbs, windows that don't open, a half working oven and dishwasher, and a tree growing next to the house tilting the condenser to the side and too close to the foundation (inspector and plumber said it will have to be removed to not mess up with piping under the house).

I have them under my sinks and by my hot water heater, washing machine, and ac condensate pump (that pump alone has led to 3 floods in my basement from it getting clogged or the pump tripped off so the air conditioning condensate floods my basement instead of being pumped outside).
