@Clay Huber "Deal" is subjective and opinions of length can vary, that's why I gave a time constraint; "from when you start looking to closing".As for wholesalers, I posted this in the rehab section to distinguish it but maybe I'll be even more specific for them next time too.

My tablet autospell is ridiculous

There is a book called ‘Flip’ by Rick Villani and Clay Davis.

If it's like where my sister has a new home with clay soil they now make you put in an elaborate pump and two tank system that needs inspected every two years charging you 250 dollars each time.

I also use a tablet pc with a wacom screen.

I have an android cell and tablet but that is irrelevant, IMAP should work with any email client these days, IPhone, Android or otherwise.

Also, some regions have issues with expansive clay soils (requiring continued maintenance over seasonal changes in soil moisture content).

I really like the idea of using a tablet to sign leases.

What I got from that is  worth $199, because I got a tablet.
