Question about Foundation problems

Hello, I am seriously considering buying a house that has some foundation blocks shifting only in one corner of the house. It is making the kitchen tilt slightly and the drywall crack. But, it is only in that corner. The whole house other than that seems just fine. I'm sure it's difficult to guess, but approx how much would something like this cost to fix? The foundation size is approx 1,100 sq ft for the whole house. I'm having repair guys coming out but would like to hear others thoughts. Thanks as always.
