At my home, the crew needed a place to set up equipment, the cast needed a place to wait until their scene was called, and the makeup people needed a good spot for their service.

I generally am focusing my search on a specific market, specific location, or maybe a major retail corridor, so I'm not casting a very wide geographical net. 

I'd be looking at discounted homes built after 1960s to make any money and would have to be 60% of value which I just don't think exists anywhere right now at scale. not 100 year old homes boarded up with knob and tube wiring, old HVAC, cast iron plumbing, etc. might as well build. a house

Balloon" framing (1920's I believe).Radon.Plaster and lathe instead of sheet rock (pre 1950's) or plaster and wire mesh variations (50's) more solid than sheetrock but a real b*tch to repair or demo if you're remodeling.You've got Galvy plumbing but also need to look out for other kinds of outdated plumbing like clay sewer lines (pre-1930's, prone to collapsing, bellies, root intrusion), cast iron (1950's, often rusted and/or cracked by now), and PB (polybutylene, gray-colored water pipes, 1980's, prone to rapid degradation and subsequent bursting, mostly gone by now).Buried Oil Tanks-- Do you have those there?

Generally, I think the boost for MTRs is most markets is not 3x to 4x and is likely closer to 2x (or less) So how in pod cast everyone say x3 and x4 Bills another $400-500 monthly with WiFi if my PITI is $2500so it’s $3000-$3100 So if I get on this house $4500-5000 It’s $2000 monthly cash flow ?
