If you are going to gamble, I recommend Baccarat as at least the odds are the best in the casino....good luck 

If I want to speculate it might as well be at the casino-the entry price is way lower and I can walk away any time I want.

I infuriated my mother on a cruise ship once because she gave me a few hundred bucks to spend at the casino...I played two rounds of three-card, won, and walked away!

For me, flipping is like roulette at the casino...so treat it like a business and not a hobby.

If so, are they at least 3 Beds, 1.5 bath, as I would think anthing smaller would be competing directly with casino hotels.

However, the tenant pool for Class A and B properties (largely casino workers), which generally rented in the range of $1000/Mo. to $1400/Mo., suffered income reductions but comparatively few became unemployed.

Looks like las vegas has more job growth besides just the casinos.

There is an ever growing hospital, another stable hospital, casino, aviation business, manafacturing facilities... you name it.
