I would be careful not to specifically say "curry" - perhaps using "strong cooking odors, such as fish, spices, incense, perfumes, and other smells that may linger and bother neighbors."

As far as recording fees Escro fees etc. those can be negotiated between you and the seller.I would recommend going to the FCIExchange website and looking at some of the perfuming and non-performing notes offered there, it will give you an idea how things are priced and see some real world examples.

I bought a dining room set, dishes, kitchen table set, glasses, candles, chair, table, some lamps, area rug etc. in the past.Just did a big rehab and decided to hire a professional stager/designer and she rented furniture for a 4 bedroom house.

I'm picturing purple velvet robes, in a castle somewhere with candles and monks singing Gregorian chants as background music.And of course the stock options, ping pong tables in the BP lounge, and free beer Fridays are nice perks too.

An areomatic candle is nice, apple pie of some such in the kitchen.Turn the music off when someone comes in, you'll be listening to Bach and they may hate Bach.
