For close in neighborhood demographics, go to a few of the local Grocery stores and sit in the parking lot Friday night after dark, Saturday morning, and Sunday afternoon.Look at the people, and how they are dressed, look at their cars and trucks--guess their income level.

Does anybody have a philosophy of putting higher quality blinds that actually block most of the light out in their B and C grade units to prevent tenants from wanting to put up additional window dressings?

Whenever I do do showings, I dress in my regular casual work clothes, and sometimes have  our workers do the showings-- how someone treats people that they don't think have power tells me everything I need to know.

:-p Another time I was showing a friend one of my properties, we went after lunch, both dressed up still from work.

Recent ones were in Western Dress, till the current one was in a Mao Dress. 

When he comes in to pay rent, he is dressed well and clean.

I can mange to turn the lights on all by myself thank you, and I know how to dress myself too.
