As far as him upselling, it doesn't bother me.

That way you don't have to bother splitting bills and being responsible for that.

Why even bother getting into RE if you're pulling down $6mm a year?

This might work in a strong sellers market, or it might make people wonder what is wrong with the property to be priced so low (and then don't bother to go see it).While I like to price my listings in the middle range of what I think the market will pay, there are (for now) still lots of new agents that don't realize when you've priced low to hopefully start a bidding war. 

So, if the juice worth the squeeze: to me, I generally don't even bother looking at pref equity investments as an LP.  

I used to use a PO box but it sat collecting dust for years so I don't bother anymore...I've had people find my personal residence by looking me up on the online tax records. 

I liked him and what he was offering (and being in the coaching space myself, I’m not at all bothered that he was selling something) but I’d never heard of him before, so I wanted to do a bit more digging before signing up.I am curious if anyone in the BP community  has had experience specifically with him, his courses or coaching program and would mind sharing their thoughts.

@Eve Favorse the first red flag was the nonrefundable EMD.Would not have even bothered making an offer with the condition.
