I’ve begun doing my own homework through extensive reading, YouTube videos, BiggerPockets forums, and local real estate groups and that’s much more beneficial AND FREE!!!

Now I used to work as the Lender on some of the most highly structured, large balance CRE loans in the nation - and I remember one loan document that required the repair process to have begun within 10 days of the loss and repairs had to be fully completed one year prior to the maturity date.

I will be moving home to my parents house for a few months to eliminate rent, and have begun to read about and study everything I can regarding real estate. 

Seasonal RE activity has begun, vegetation is Green, Bluebonnets are blooming, temperatures are moderate. 

I currently have one SFR rental in Las Vegas, NV & was looking to acquire more rentals in this area, but due to a combination of rising values in LV and a furthering education as I make my way through most of the podcasts and many more books, Mobile Home investing has begun to look like a better option. 

I have just begun the first steps towards my first multi-unit house hack here in Orlando, FL, currently intending to utilize the VA Loan.

I have begun some demo as I started to work out the details but am thinking I should stop until this is finalized..

Just recently I begun the multiple options strategy with my offers and amazingly have more contracts.

I've begun looking into foreclosures as a possible avenue for BRRRR deals in my area but I know that the listed prices of foreclosures doesn't always reflect what the bank is willing to accept for a property.
