I'm basically doing what @Erik Hatch is right now, working on beefing up my material, automation, processes, etc...

They just passed a huge $2T dollar relief package, and from what I've seen the main benefit for the average American is an immediate payment of $1,200 and they beefed up unemployment insurance for laid off workers. 

I was able to live at home for a year after college to beef up my grad school resume.

Also, some landlords like to cut back on expenses months prior to listing to help beef up the P&L, CAP rate, etc. 

My bigger beef is with AirBnB not honoring cancellation policies - that was a much larger surprise and frustration. 

I would consider tapping the HELOC funds now to beef up your war chest.

My thinking was the media likes to paint us vs them for views and this revised vocab softens up that perceived beef.

In retrospect, everything appeared to be going well until I had reached the top of the roof whereby I could not help but notice a strong pungent odor emanating from a package rooftop unit operating on heat mode, an odor none other than 'Aldehyde', a byproduct of incomplete combustion of natural gas.

All I'm saying, Jim, is that when two all-beef patties really, really love the same chicken sandwich...
