Where I see the builder incentives and builders hurting is in starter housing or housing for rentals that investors are buying.. everything there is interest rate driven.. with land costs fixed and building cost not coming down , interest rates rising this hurts builders who are building product for those that MUST have financing to buy and are barely able to qualify IE starters..

depends on the asset like the SS i funded for him is a profit share.. the little pink houses in the mid west I have my set fees and it usually if you look at share of profit becomes a 80/20 to 60/40  in favor of my client..

That is understandable and makes senseThat is literally exactly what I said.If you think "earning it" is posting a response to a person in an online forum where they know nothing about you as an agent and you barely told them anything about the area, you are more out of touch with reality than I expected.

At a bare minimum, I would consider filing a complaint with the state licensing board, but only if you have written evidence (email, text, letter, etc.) showing that you instructed them to install security and they failed to follow your instructions.
