I think a good thing about this company is how they value each home using automated software which is very very very objective in my view.

I'm already using RentRedi to screen tenants, receive rent, deliver messages, but I wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions on either a software or virtual assistant type platform that helps them automate maintenance requests...

Being an engineer, I am wondering if there are areas[deal analysis,  underwriting,  acquisition, financing, or investment/funding)  where some automation (intelligent insight, reasoning, and decision support) can help you grow the business. 

It notifies me when a rent is due and it also emails automated reminders to my tenant.

I'm also managing another Airbnb property, which has been instrumental in refining my property management skills, and I’m considering expanding into more property management.

And if you haven’t already you can start putting systems in place to help automate the process of management.
