That would result in both a transfer of cash and associated journal entries.If my LLC doesn't have a bank account and I've been tracking its assets in my accounting ledgers only, moving money for the sake of moving money would seem strange (and suspicious).

Cheap money and low rates produce euphoria, which increases flow of money to an asset, which pushes up the price to uninvestable levels.I think it's going to get worse than better in the short term.Gino

.- Unrecaptured falls under section 1250 and is treated as ordinary gains and capped at 25%- My capital gain from appreciation and improvements under section 1231 was treated as a long term capital gain since I owned both assets over a year.Hope this helps.
