I did try to set up a property management software for collections but as I live in a rural area received a TON of pushback from my tenants about sending money over an App they were not familiar with.

For one unit I'd think you could keep track of it in excel or a free database app.

I would check on this website on the find an agent feature or search Zillow for teams/agents in your area doing 25 or more deals a year.  

I'm also intrigued by the Shovler.com app, but I fear being left hanging in the event of a big snowfall.

I'd connect with some local investors either through the Airbnb app.. can message them as a guest and ask for a phone call to see their experiences and see if someone can send you their P/L or share experiences, and or connect with local facebook groups.
