It's an amazing place to learn and grow in real estate.

It usually works out if you have a great property because people will say "wow this is an amazing property for a killer deal" and youll end up with a glowing first few reviews if it pans out. then you are off to the races

The interface is a maze to the end.With that said, when you list something on the MLS, it sydnicates to all of the sites so the data should be much more valid than it used to be, even the Zestimates.

We can start with permitting - between software upgrades / changes - reviewers that have rejected plans because of a slope in a shower on a mastered plan, the sheer volume of builds the city has been dealing with - it's been taking much longer than anticipated. 

I have had two amazing mentors in very specific niches, but they retired.
