Why not just say no to everything and kill the deal so they can get the alleged better offer?

The issue came with the poor structuring of bond into tranches as a way of loading up sub BB bonds into pools that allegedly had a A or AA rating.

Same problem if you are making owner finance loans from the 401k, and the borrower decided to sue the 401k as lender, alleging a violation of Dodd Frank or whatever.

I have property in NJ that I am trying to move & often times have calls from alleged buyers that basically are wasting your time. 

I am under contract on a MF property with water damage from a burst pipe that also happened to allegedly crack the foundation, causing flooding to a neighboring property.

The letter is addressed to both myself and the property management company and alleges that the management company refused to rent the apartment to the complainant based on the fact that she wanted to use a Section 8 voucher.

That has already been stated by some reasonable people above.The reason I chimed in:Should a shoe fall - and I hope that it won’t - having the original application with what you know were lies may help you in court, should this tenant begin to allege untrue things about you/your property.

Well, it's been months now and I just thought I'd give an update.These are only allegations until proven in court.
