There are a lot brakes put against raising rents.

Deals are tighter there and hard to come by because it is one of the most sought after markets.

Appliances are used on a daily basis so there will always come a day when they brake down and that’s just from normal wear and tear.

Not sure if your Mach E is like the Tesla but we virtually never use the brakes so brakes will last the life of the car.. the only thing I see is that tires are expensive and wear quicker being such heavy vehicles..
