What would you do in my shoes I don’t invest there so take this with a slight grain of salt but I’ve heard multiple stories of basically this exact scenario someone getting offered a big payday for something in Cumberland, rejecting it & always for some reason (house burned down, block got worse, sheetz decided they actually didn’t want someone’s land for a car wash after all) always selling for like 10-20k and regretting not selling. 

This is a numbers game so you may have to take an aggressive approach towards negotiating several deals before one of them actually works out.

I'm actually hearing that it will be allowed for residential multi family as well, although haven't confirmed that.

My mom actually happens to be a property manager.

The SPB and TI areas are actually generally not STR friendly and have 30 night minimums for single family residences. 

So we figured we start with a few Yurts to get started and add the Cabins when a builder can actually build them.

I wonder if you could actually mix the two populations?

Looking for any input or advice on how this strategy actually works.
