It would not surprise me if they were acquiring the paper and servicing rights to take an inside line on refi's for these customers if rates decline.Actually CFPB regs may NOT apply if the subject loans are investment or commercial property loans and not SFR owner occupied or consumer loans.

You have varied answers above, but the answer is that in North Carolina, the seller is NOT required to disclose a problem that has been fully remedied.

Compliance states there is no way to remediate this unless a new file is created. lender credit is 6900 which is the seller concession and no COC can be issued for “incorrect” lender credits.
