Hey everyone, just joined the group a week ago.

Hey man, so I actually left my W2 (biotech) and joined real estate full time due to the number of properties/cash flow I was getting.

There are fees associated with going to Real Estate school, obtaining your license, joining the board and MLS for your area, getting proper E&O insurance and so forth. 

My investor friends who joined an investing franchise were severely disappointed.

It is maybe a couple hundred dollars to join and you can attend numerous classes and meetings.

@Jasmine Vida  Some groups have a lot of spam, but I've also found groups that are legit investors and also hold meet ups so its good for networking as well :)Send me some those Facebook groups that you found I would definitely like to join them! 

Many of the neighborhoods which intersect with downtown are experiencing waves of new residents looking to join in on the action. 

This is not "first time investor territory" and joining a "community" to get video training is very dangerous for this type of investing.
