As far as the users' preference of view over space...

Most of the regular posters here on Bigger Pockets have a negative view of Sub2, especially after a couple of individuals spammed the site to promote their training.There was already a negative view of Sub2 on Bigger Pockets due to most of the regular posters did their deals in a different manner therefore, as is human nature anything out of our own personal preference can look mighty sinister. 

My view is the insurance is not only valuable if it is used.  

@Dave Foster you seem to be a pro in this area, would you mind sharing your view on my parents' situation above? 

Why not just approach the listing agent to view the home or go when they have an open house? 

That's too simple of a view. 

It isn't jumping out of the plane that hurts, in fact it's a pretty nice view, it's hitting the ground that does the damage. 

When get unit all set, lights on, door ajar, you go outside to curb view, go to wide-side shot and you start video.

This is the same type of personality to gaslight you when you don't agree with their view on a deal or something goes awry, gatekeep you from information and deals, and become a resistance force in actually becoming a REI. 

Yeah, you lost money on your investment, but you're not risking our first responders for your views and retirement nest egg.
