What I have done to fix a lot of the problem is get a seperate cell phone ($10 per month from Verizon) and have custom signs made that have that number and my website on them.

Although most tenants have pretty much gone wireless, there are tenants who require a landline.A lot of older homes still have the phone jacks and wiring for a landline, however, if they do need to be maintained.Can you a hire a specialist to maintain and repair a landline or do you need Verizon?

Here you would see violations, houses marked as vacant as well an manager/owner info by viewing violations.Ive also used comcast or verizons service signup and calling bge to figure out how many units a smaller multifamily has.
