I moved a year ago from Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦 , to Newport Beach, California 🇺🇸.

I'm not sure if that's going to be in the States or here in the uber expensive markets of the Greater Toronto Area.Any leads or help from peeps on BP would be awesome!

Since I'm starting out, I wanted to invest somewhere close (I live in Toronto so driving distance from TO), did you do some local deals first then ventured out of state?

Due to this, i am not sure where would be my first property as i am not familiar with Toronto, Canada RE market. but still i don't want to waste my time and Money so that by the time i am ready, i will have money and knowledge to jump into market.
