Hi all. Hope youโ€™re having a great day. For asset protection reasons & personal security I am using an alternative name.

I moved a year ago from Toronto, Canada ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ , to Newport Beach, California ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ. This is my current situation.

I currently have a 750 credit score in Canada & USA (annualcreditreports.com).

I am computer science major. My degree is my margin of safety & a high paying skill necessasy in our future.

I am an international student whoโ€™s adjusting his status (getting my green card) this year. So after that Iโ€™ll be able to work & get mortages. For now I have to buy property cash.

My delima is I have a $600,000 US or $825,000 CAD. I want to invest ASAP. I am livIng off my principle and I want to Invest ASAP & house hack & live off the cash flow.

My eyes have been set on Florida as a place to invest purchasing duplexโ€™s, triplexs.

What do you experienced investors think๐Ÿค”
