Most (if not all) will give you a free consultation, which is basically a phone call to see if there's some synergy, if there's an opportunity to work together, and some initial, high-level guidance. 

I also track all maintenance requests and expenses in the app.I wish it had a spanish translation and more help for non tech-saavy renters.

This agent would be fluent in english/spanish, and be extremely familiar in Owner/Seller Financed Notes. 

But my tenants are rednecks and Spanish guys that work at refineries. 

@Cynthia DeLuca The property management company (Excalibur Homes) that manages my portfolio uses Planet Synergy for its virtual assistance services, automated end-to-end management of transactions, owner portals, etc. as they manage over 1,600 rentals for investors like us.

Sometimes groups can have more synergy than an individual as the members tend to encourage and push each other a bit. 

Its regarding Spanish only speaking tenants.

I told them put an add in the paper in Houston have someone speak Spanish and offer housing as part of the comp.. put 10 of them in one home.. 

I forgot to mention that if they speak spanish it would be preferred,  not a deal breaker, though.
