I started out in one with troubled young women ages 18-24 who had some light depression and needed to finish their GEDs and learn life skills.

I actually just signed up for and participated in the Women’s WREIGN Wothout Fear of Her Future course for $47 which lasted 5 nights for 2 hours per night and while I already knew 95% of what was taught it gave me a couple of good tidbits that were worth the $47.

We are getting more clarity on what exactly that may look like and have recently joined forces with two other amazing women who are aligned with our mission. 

The weather is warm, the women are beautiful and the beer is cheap.

I work with buyers, sellers and investors in the Portland Area and I'm also co-founder of the largest women's investor group in the region.

We have focus groups literally what you are looking for "flipping 101", others focus on landlording, women investors, finding money, creative deal structuring etc. 

I like to speak to new investors and co-host an online group for women for the local chapter of Real Estate Investors Association.

Wanted to let you know that there is an awesome REI meetup for women called She Invests in Roseville that I help host on the first Thursday of the month.

Two women I dated had  done that, and they were more concerned with enjoying life with what they had and not having to work than they were with growing their money.
