Hiren, I've personally been focused on the northern MSA markets of Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander.

To date, I have a small portfolio in the Rock County area.

For some they just want a quiet piece of land to spend time with family and a rocking chair on the porch.

I stayed at Eagle rock recently and loved it. 

They have professional photos, all above 4.8 stars on Airbnb. 

Just the other day I saw someone had used black sheet rock screws in the hangers on a brand new deck (non-permitted obviously, and not a single lag or any flashing on the ledger board, and they painted it immediately before the pressure treated lumber had even dried out so that’s going to peal in the first year, at about the same time that those sheetrock screws start to rust lol). 

IMO Most of the time, people lose lawsuits or settle for much less due to laziness and lack of rock-solid knowledge about the illicit/illegal acts the opposing side committed.
