So glad you asked this question, because for all of 2021 I was living in Australia.

As a footnote, my husband is Australian, and we have, after a lot of digging around, found a few syndicators/funds in Australia, that we plan to invest in, via his retirement account, as well, which are not multifamily. 

It's always good to hear people out but just remember you cant please everyone.Go read some comments on facebook regarding the Australia fires or literally just some random persons innocent posts.

Not yet.If containment mainly to China via travel restrictions and 14-day quarantine can be enforced, it is probably not a pandemic threat ever to North America or Western Europe or Australia.
