Toledo has many parks all around the area, especially near the Maumee River which runs down the center of the city and attracts many families in the area to go for evening walks, bike rides, picnics, fishing, kayaking, and more.Not to mention the jobs that are here already and are coming, Jeep, Owens Corning, Amazon (Two locations), DANA and even Pelaton is bringing their first US facility to Toledo.

The development will include commercial space on the 1st floor with the remaining 6 floors a mixture of studio,1-bed, 2-bed units, and parking spots.This development combined with the completion of the highway extension is going to accelerate Norristown's appreciation.

Of course, I would use the first couple of years to pay my HELOC back (if it’s a mixture… not sure if it would be better to go the SDIRA route or go the HELOC route).I’m calculating that if I put at least half or most of my rental income towards reinvesting, I could get 3 doors every year.

When I first got the house and was still in the process of furnishing it I didn't have it up on any rental apps yet and would rent it to friends and family, then once it was complete I started doing a mixture of both on and off app.
