It's very SERIOUS.Onerent needs to be investigated by the Attorney General's office - they are putting entire communities at risk with their negligence.

As previously stated, each state has different and specific adverse possession statutes and you should investigate this further as it certainly could hinder a sale in the future, and you may find that future buyers are not as reasonable as you.

This time, the fire department came out, police, and even Cal State Fire came to investigate...two fires, highly suspicious to say the least.

Last week, we had an issue with the plumbing in a home we sold.The buyers moved in, used the water, and some areas of the home started flooding.We sent vendors out that same day to investigate and fix the issue.

You need to investigate and figure it out.If you include utilities with rent, I recommend placing a limit so the tenant is responsible for excess use.
