I’ve been starting my research by seeing what is being bought and what is on the market, and live nearby so would like to check out neighborhoods, but am wondering which neighborhoods I should invest in?

If you still aren't sure, google the properties listed on the website with the "property name city and acquisition".  

RentRedi had no ability to manage this.  100 was the primary address of the property, which would show on google maps and such, and then 101 was an additional address that I legally owned and wanted to use (same structure).

For example Intel headquarters, Google, FB, Amazon, Nationwide, Honda, (recently Anduril announced another 4k jobs to Columbus).

I would go and check out each to explore the topics and talk to other investors in the area!

I would google commercial real state firms in the areas you are looking for. 

It included my real name, our real home address, and what was probably a Google voice number.
