So you can imagine that profession invites hucksters who are great on the phone. 

The only reason I’m even on this path is because God put me here and my friend invited me onto her acquisition team!

Personally the only thing I find awkward about it is that you have to "invite" people to fill out the application or pre-application by their email or phone, I'd rather have a link to apply that I could post on my listings rather than have people message me then I have to collect the email, then send them the application, but that's just a minor inconvenience for me.

Between friends, family, Vault invites and a hunting I have score a few hard to find bottles.  

Do a couple open houses to invite interested applicants and explain or ask a couple of questions or statements; rent should be 3x the rent, 3 years of rental history, 3 years of employment and no evictions.
