Anyone have experience using Turbo Tax Premier to do their taxes having investment property(ies)

Many people have had a great experience with home warranties, myself included.

You'll likely need a higher down payment if you can find anyone willing to finance something like this as a first time investor; many require some level of rehab experience at the very least.

@Lulu LueHUD has 2 online databases of lenders showing which ones have the most experience with 203k's.
