I just recently found out that the air conditioning condenser unit may need to be replaced at one of the properties I bought a few months ago.

The only bad thing is the water condensation line make sure you clean it out once in a while, if it gets plugged the water comes out inside all over wall

The moisture in the air is condensed into a water vapor and heated up, then it passes through the liquid nicotine.

I have an immediate need for one A/C condenser and coil, and will be closing on a property that needs the same possibly a furnace as well.

Also how do I condense a lot of this information and get what I need?

The condensation build-up can dramatically affect things in the attic/roof area.

Ive had an insane amount of furnaces and AC condensers stolen, not really a thing in California from my experience, and they can get expensive replacing.Timeframe for getting a place tenanted definitely has a ton of factors, how nice you make the units, price, etc...Feel free to reach out when you come out here.

When I referred to minor things yes, I included the insulation and some burnt lightbulbs, windows that don't open, a half working oven and dishwasher, and a tree growing next to the house tilting the condenser to the side and too close to the foundation (inspector and plumber said it will have to be removed to not mess up with piping under the house).

I have them under my sinks and by my hot water heater, washing machine, and ac condensate pump (that pump alone has led to 3 floods in my basement from it getting clogged or the pump tripped off so the air conditioning condensate floods my basement instead of being pumped outside).

Look into condensing dryers.
