And I agree - that's why many Athletes and Music Stars end up broke. 

I do not see many pro athletes/actors hurting because of their behavior.

You will notice also that the ones that tend to defend it here on BP usually have a link in their signature to some sort of coaching or system that they themselves sell, no need to say more.There is definitely value in coaching, I've used business coaches in the past and I'm a paid coach for high level athletes.  

Then add-in the Columbia Athletics Facilities. 

I've watched too many athletes go broke by not investing and not managing their money properly and I don't want that to happen to me.

@Bill Zepeda I agree with @Max Tanenbaum, include each student athlete on the lease with the coach as a guarantor.  

I just graduated and I was a great student athlete, now I want to use that competitive spirit and become a student in real estate.

I just dont think it's wise to sell it. 80% of people who go to this university is from out of town, and this university doesn't provide student housing unless you are an athlete, so the market will always be there as long as the university is there.

I always assumed all pro athletes made a ton of money.

I have an athletic background and accountability is a major factor among the coaches.
