I’ve hit a challenge in shifting my mindset and would like to ask the group - if I’m not an extrovert with a sales background and the cushion of a 6-figure corporate job, will I be able to succeed at REI?

I really like LLCs compared to corporations because of the free stepped up basis for passing property to my children. 

If you don't have the relationships, hire someone who does.This is why Brian Burke can go “large corporate” while I have to stay “small private”; he has the ability to MANAGE PEOPLE that I do not.  

Technically it would be best to get a C Corporate or S Corp. to flip properties and since you are considered a dealer if you do several properties a year and this could have negative tax consequences in an LLC.
